The AI Learning Assistant is a built-in AI chatbot that acts as your personal tutor — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Yes. SimplifyAI is fully responsive and works on all smartphones and tablets. You can watch lessons, read materials, and take quizzes from your phone. For coding exercises, we recommend a laptop for the best experience — but you can use a Chromebook, tablet, or even Google Colab on mobile for the hands-on parts.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" under the password field. Enter your email address and we will send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@simplifyai.com.ng.

Yes! You earn a verified digital certificate for every module you complete (not just the full course). Certificates are generated automatically when you pass the module assessment. They include your name, the module name, completion date, and a unique verification code. Full access plan required to earn certificates.

Our certificates are blockchain-verified, meaning employers can scan the QR code or visit our verification page to confirm they are genuine. Many of our students have successfully used SimplifyAI certificates in job applications across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and internationally. We are continuously working to grow our employer recognition network.

From your profile page, go to the Certificates section and click "Share to LinkedIn" next to any earned certificate. This opens LinkedIn with your certificate pre-filled in the "Licences & Certifications" section. You can also download the certificate as a PDF to attach to job applications.

• Complete the instructor application form with your background and course proposal

We look for instructors with practical industry experience and a passion for teaching. Academic qualifications are not required — results and clarity of explanation are what we value.

Instructors earn 80% of revenue generated by their courses. SimplifyAI retains a 20% platform fee. Payouts are processed monthly via Paystack bank transfer. There is no cap on earnings — the more students enrol in your course, the more you earn. Our top instructor earned over ₦280,000 in a single month.

Yes. Instructors submit YouTube video URLs for their lessons. SimplifyAI embeds the videos securely within the platform — students can watch them inside SimplifyAI but cannot access the direct YouTube link. This protects both your content and student experience. The platform supports both public and unlisted YouTube videos.
